To proceed with return you have to inform us via email notification using shop@ch24.pl<\/a> address entitling the message \u201cReturn\u201d (please don\u2019t expect our confirmation of receiving the email as we will contact you as soon as we receive the returned goods). Exemplary return form\/complaint note can be downloaded by clicking one of the links: WORD format<\/a> form or PDF format<\/a> form.<\/p>\n
