Shopping

What are the delivery forms?

In Poland we use courier services to deliver packages (mostly DPD). In other countries we work with various carrier entities that offer delivery services.

Where can we ship ordered goods?

Orders placed via CH24 shop are delivered to legal age individuals within Poland and European Union.

How soon will I receive ordered products?

When it comes to standard delivery in Poland, your order should be delivered within 2 – 5 working days after payment confirmation. Shipping abroad to European Union countries can take up to 14 working days. Once the package is picked up by the carrier you’ll receive an email notification to track your delivery.

Payments

How can I pay for the order?

We accept all of the most popular credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and instant money transfers that are supported at CH24 shop by PayU services. Using all of these forms guarantees the fastest order processing and delivery.

Your order can also be paid by traditional bank transfer. By choosing this option you can expect extending the realization time by at least 1 working day as we have to wait for the confirmation of placing the payment by our bank.

Currently there’s no option of shipping COD as a way of payment.

Is shopping at CH24 safe?

All of the payment options supported at CH24 are safe. Transactions are run by PayU – the most popular entity supporting such services in Poland. What’s more, the connection between your PC and our servers is encrypted with SSL certificate.

Orders and returns

How to place the order?

To make the order you have to put the chosen items into the cart, fill in the form in which shipping address will be confirmed, accept the terms and conditions and proceed with the payment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

After placing and paying for the order, there’s unfortunately no option for further changes. If you consider any cancellations please contact us and we will check if that’s possible at the certain moment.

Do I have to set up an account to place the order?

There’s no need of setting up any customer’s account to place the order at CH24 shop. Although having such account enables you not only to view your payments and orders history, but also gives you the access to special offers. Registration process is very simple, swift and free of charge.

How to track my order?

To monitor your package press the link ‘track my order’ as seen in the bottom part of the page and follow the instructions provided.

How to return ordered goods?

CH24 shop client has the right to return any ordered product within 14 days starting from the date of package delivery. In order to proceed with return you have to follow the rules according to terms and conditions and go to ‘returns and complaints’ section. Please mind that the products cannot bear any signs of usage.
