Each customer – according to terms and conditions rules – has a right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the package. To proceed with return you have to inform us via email notification using [email protected] address entitling the message “Return” (please don’t expect our confirmation of receiving the email as we will contact you as soon as we receive the returned goods).
