Each customer – according to terms and conditions rules – has a right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the package. To proceed with return you have to inform us via email notification using [email protected] address entitling the message “Return” (please don’t expect our confirmation of receiving the email as we will contact you as soon as we receive the returned goods). Exemplary return form/complaint note can be downloaded by clicking one of the links: WORD format form or PDF format form.

The next step to fully finalize your return, is to send the returned goods within 14 days at:

Your money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods to our address.


Any goods for which you’re filing a complaint note shall be sent on the below address together with printed complaint form (available for download: WORD format, PDF format):

We will consider your complaint within 14 days of receiving the package onto our premises. Once the complaint is positively accepted, we will inform the customer about further steps via email.
